Venue Essentials

All participants are required to complete the attached NOC document and present it upon arrival. Failure to produce this form may result in disqualification.

For the hackathon, hackers are expected to carry their laptops, chargers, personal hygiene kits, and medicines(if applicable). Hackers are advised to carry an extension cord, Wi-Fi dongle(in cases of internet outage), blanket, and headphones.
Please be within the activity areas only. Do not go beyond the permissible areas.
Do carry a Wi-Fi dongle in cases of internet outage.
Do not litter here and there, Please use dustbins for all waste.
Do not damage the venue facilities in any way.
You are not allowed to go outside the venue during the hackathon.
You will be given a route map and we request you to please follow that to navigate the campus. Please be only in the allowed areas for the hackathon.
Water cans will be put up in hacking spaces, advised to bring your water bottles.
Please report to the nearest volunteer/coordinator/core member if you notice any misbehavior or misconduct.
Please do not take part in any malpractices like theft, damage to college property, etc.
